Chen style Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines fitness, health and relaxation. Its movements are harmonious, graceful, slow and ideal for all abilities as they are performed standing up with no stretching or lying on the floor involved.
Come and let your body heal naturally, as it becomes stronger and fitter.
Ben and his team are fully qualified instructors and professional martial artists who are professionally insured and First-Aid trained. They deliver classes on Chen Tai Chi, as taught by Grandmaster Chen Zheng Lei and his lineage.
Sessions last for 60 minutes. Each session is priced individually.
Please wear loose clothing and flat shoes, bring a water bottle and a towel with you, and of course, your smile and spirit!
