KIRI PRITCHARD-MCLEAN — APPROPRIATE ADULT
“RAUCOUS AND GOOD-HUMOURED WITHOUT STINTING ON THE PROTEST” Guardian
Following her critically-acclaimed debut at last year’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe, a UK tour and a run at London’s Soho Theatre, Chortle Award nominated Kiri returns this year with a brand new show.
“PASSIONATE, SMART AND YES, BLOODY FUNNY, THERE’S A RAW DEPTH OF FEELING HERE THAT YOU WON’T FIND IN MANY SHOWS.” Scotsman
An immoral comedian’s morality tale about other people’s lack of morals.
Kiri is one of a growing group of Millennials who have decided that they don’t want to have children biologically but will adopt instead.
She thinks the world revolves around her but she didn’t let that stop her mentoring vulnerable young people. She wishes she can make a difference. She’s going to be extremely careful what she wishes for in future.
“A STORMING HOUR” The Skinny
As well as already being a hugely popular regular on the comedy circuit, Kiri is also the Director and co-writer with the Best Newcomer Nominated, Gein’s Family Giftshop.
She has appeared on tour as a support for Rob Brydon, Rory Bremner, Sarah Millican and Justin Moorhouse and frequently appears on BBC Radio Wales. She has also appeared on Russell Howard’s Stand-up Central & on Radio 4 favourites The Now Show and The Newsquiz.
Kiri’s hit podcast, All Killa no Filla, about the lives of serial killers, has also rapidly become a cult hit and has recently completed a sell-out UK tour.
KERRY LEIGH — GATHERING MOMENTUM
Like most people Kerry has stumbled through life, felt insecure at times, and accidentally turned 40 when she thought she was still in her twenties. She is finally gathering momentum after having a word with herself and coming to the slow realisation that it’s better not to give a f**k.
Join her as she picks up the pace in this fun, feel-good and (possibly) inspiring show.
