Join us for a small, therapist led group meditation session in our Utopia room every Thursday! Perfect for a after work de-stress, to clear your head of worries, or simply learn the basics of mindfulness, breath work and meditation. Sessions are broken down into 2 x 30 minute sessions (5pm til 5.30pm and 5.30 til 6pm).
Sessions are £2, open to everyone, and will include basic breathing techniques, a guide to relaxation.and a general chat and introduction to meditation!
