The National Creative Writing Graduate Fair is back!
Join Manchester-based indie publisher Comma Press and The Writing School at Manchester Metropolitan University for their annual event for creative writers of all disciplines.
Now in its third year, the NCWGF is the writing fair designed to bring the industry's best agents, publishers and authors to writers based in the North of England and beyond. The best value fair of its kind, the day will feature:
— A key note speech from poet and novelist Luke Kennard.
— Panels discussions with agents, editors and authors on topics including digital story-telling, writing and working, experimenting with form, and working with editors and agents.
— Focused break-away sessions on topics like writing the perfect synopsis, performing your work, and marketing and self promotion.
— Individually matched pitching sessions with two agents or editors, based on your chosen genre of writing
For the full line up of talks, workshops and speakers, head to the National Creative Writing Graduate Fair website.
Tickets are £40/£35 when bought as a group of 5.
We are also offering a select number of reduced price places to writers who are in receipt of means tested benefits or grants. If you'd like to apply for one of these places, please contact [email protected]
