You're awesome. That is the guiding premise for this workshop. Mindfulness is simply a way to get more consistently and firmly in touch with our natural awesomeness. Mindfulness means lots of things to different people but essentially, if we go deep into it, it can heal, transform and unlock our potential to be beautiful, happy and, well, awesome.
This workshop is an opportunity to step out of any preconceptions about yourself or about mindfulness and to invest in love and self-belief. By exploring both modern and traditional techniques in a fresh, playful and improvised way, we can refine the art of being in touch with our natural, inherent awesomeness. The idea here is to find ways to make mindfulness our own through meditating, sharing, moving, connecting and playing.
Mindfulness can be joyful, sexy, beautiful and emotional. It can calm us and bring a sense of peace, and it can also enliven and help us to feel connected and playful. I've worked with many practices, techniques and traditions but I've also strived to bring it into my own growing, changing, 21st century world of being a musician, artist, lover, teacher, friend, uncle, entrepreneur, hippy, layabout, dreamer and many other things.
I'm passionate about using this workshop to share, express and enjoy all the things that mindfulness can be and all the ways it can be, and already is, an effortless and beautiful part of our lives. I hope you can come!

A few reviews from Dave's Facebook page:
'It was life-changing experience for me. In my opinion, Dave is really loving, joyful, warm person who treats everyone individually — that's huge advantage for me. He teaches that meditation is so much more than just sitting in lotus pose — he teaches how to connect with yourself. I admired his authenticity in words and actions. Dave, I want to thank you for reminding me who I truly am — I'm really grateful.'
'As a complete beginner to meditation/mindfulness/yoga, this was a completely inclusive afternoon where I got to meet plenty of great people and at the same time learn first hand through guided meditation, movement and breath awareness, a comfortable way of getting started! Dave has a great way with words and his chill is second to none.'
'Dave is very genuine and down to earth man, if you have a busy life, constantly on the go, I would certainly recommend this to you, Dave communicates perfectly and fluently at an easy pace, really informative, he shows you how to slow down, and live in the moment, be aware off the present moment, be content with everything around you. If you are looking for something new to try out, this is definitely for you. Dave is talented man in what he does a
