Cross Core Flow Basics
The class will explore the foundations of the Yogic Art's Cross Core flow which was created by Master Duncan Wong inspired by his background in Buddhist Martial Arts, Thai Massage Therapy and Zen Meditation. Yogic Art's sparked a flow of evolution at the time of it's birth from Ashtanga and helped mature Vinyasa into what it is today.
In this class we will learn how our body was designed to express itself through counter complimentary movement. Cross core flow, is a training concept, that optimizes our natural ability to move gracefully and powerfully. The cross core flow sequence begins with a simple yet highly effective Vinyasa pattern that uses downward dog pose as it's base and promotes opening our tight spots, whilst strengthening our weak points.
The class is a must for anyone who is interested in optimal core movement performance.

The class will be taught by Yorkshire born Rebecca Hannah who assists and represents Master Duncan Wong all across Europe, America, Africa and Asia.
She is also the lead trainer/teacher for KiDo Kids yoga and the Inspirer Programme, Teach Yoga London.
