This Pilot class is a complimentary taster of our new mindfulness and meditation classes.The challenge is to treat each moment as if it's the most important thing in the universe,while knowing it's no more important than the moment that comes next.
Reducing stress in your lives,removing fear and anxiety,learning to love the here and now. Classes will focus on various forms of meditation and mindfulness exercises some including movement such as Tai Chi and qui gong.
The first one is free to try. Thereafter classes will be 45 mins of pure relaxation and self fulfilment. £5.00 /£4.00 concessions.
