Before televisions, computers, video games and phones, what did children do to play?
Although a lot of children had to work during the Victorian times, they still found time to play. Victorian children had fewer toys than you have today, meaning that families often had to be very creative and some would even make their own toys! In this session, children will have the chance to learn about traditional toys and games, and have a chance to play with them!
No need to be bored during half term break. We have lots of activities on offer from 1-3pm each day throughout the week for the whole family to enjoy.
All events are suitable for children aged 5-12 years and cost £4 per session* and accompanying adults go free. To book your place call (0161) 223 3211.
*sessions are half price for Gorton Community Card holders.
