We're really excited to be collaborating on this event — a mix of glorious grounding and heart opening Kundalini Yoga with the profound connection and exhilaration of group drumming.

**Absolutely no experience of drumming or Kundalini Yoga needed to participate in this event**

The session will include:-
*Kundalini Yoga
*Group Drumming
*Chanting Mantras
*Pranayama and Dynamic Movement to live drumming
*Yoga Nidra

Group drumming is extraordinarily beneficial in many ways. Far too many to list here. Aside from the many physical and mental benefits you may glimpse Flow state, you will connect to a deep, deep part of yourself and you will find profound connection with the group.
Drums will be provided but please feel free to bring your own. You'll be shown the basics of the African Djembe drum. A fabulous instrument that everyone can enjoy. You'll learn to play from simple call and response exercises and in no time we'll be playing simple rhythms and grooves as a group. We'll then take those grooves and add Movement, Breath and Mantra.

Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam(breathing), mantra and meditation, it is great for relaxation, self healing and mental elevation. Kundalini Yoga is done (mainly) with your eyes closed so you have a deeper experience of your inner world. It is very powerful and regarded as one of the fastest working yoga’s in bringing about change in the body, mind and spirit. Kundalini Yoga will meet you where you are and take you where you want to go — it is a great match for our current times, it will help you cope with the challenges and stresses of life.

Kundadance –creative movement combining Kundalini Yoga, Thai Chi and Qi Gong. This is an amazing modality to shake away fears and insecurities, and cultivate more energy and vibrancy in your life! Clearing the Chakras, stimulating the nervous system, balancing the brain hemispheres, creating endorphins, increasing serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine, energizing and inspiring your entire being, are some of KundaDance's many benefits. Accompanied by music in healing 528 and 432 frequencies which have a powerful effect on the body mind and spirit

Yoga Nidra — Literally Yoga Nidra means 'yogic sleep' and it's an astonishing, accessible and totally effortless yoga practice that anyone can do! It promotes deep healing and very profound rest at every level of being: Yoga Nidra is effective in the relief of insomnia, anxiety, depression, and other stress-related problems.
Beth Morgan is a heart centred teacher who has been practising kundalini yoga for over 10 years.
Beth’s classes are a dynamic blend of dance, postures, pranayama (breathing), mantra, meditation and yoga nidra helping you relax, self heal and elevate your spirits all at the same time.
Her passion for music and mantras is evident in her powerful and uplifting classes which are taught in a loving, warm and compassionate way. Her main aim is to enable you to come home to yourself, your own inner truth or Sat Nam, along with stress reduction and finding peace in this crazy modern world we live in.
She trained under LA based kundalini teacher Maya Fiennes and is assistant teacher on Maya's Yoga Teacher Training courses and retreats. Beth is also training in Total Yoga Nidra with Uma Dinsmore Tuli.
Beth teaches regular classes and workshops in Manchester and retreats in the UK and Europe. Beth is certified with Yoga Alliance UK.
